《蘋果》接獲宏達電員工投訴，桃園廠區研發單位的何姓經理，他在 12/21身體不舒
服，請假回家後即失聯，12/24發現已過世在家中，疑似過勞死。宏達電回應表示，經查此
同仁並無過勞之疑慮，發生此事件，感到非常遺憾與惋惜，已協助家屬處理後續事宜。
據了解，宏達電桃園廠區何姓經理，任職長達17年，主要負責研發測試相關業務。宏
達電表示，對於同仁發生此事件，宏達電感到非常遺憾與惋惜，且對家屬的哀傷感同身受
，目前已派員提供妥善關懷，協助家屬處理後續事宜。
宏達電也說明，公司採自由上下班制，也同時積極安排鼓勵同仁參與各項休閒活動，
公司非常感謝同仁投入工作，也希望同仁照顧自己，未來會持續加強宣導工作與生活平衡
的重要性，提供員工健全的工作環境。
除了何姓研發經理之外，今天也有宏達電員工爆料，宏達電新店總部劉姓產品經理，
昨天在健身房運動時暈倒，同事發現後緊急送醫仍宣告不治，據了解，該兩位中階主管都
只有40多歲。
宏達電表示，該同仁每周出勤時數與休假都正常，過去半年該員工每周平均工作5天，
平均每天約8~9小時。發生此事件，公司感到非常遺憾，已派員提供妥善關懷，協助家屬處
理後續事宜。
